All the best @N & Nick. It is not easy! Struggling to hand in mine. Employer wants to negotiate and I am over thinking it. Nevertheless a decision must be made within the next one month.
Not a bad scenario to be in, Zainab. The worst that’ll come out of the negotiation is a raise presumably.
