Every so often, I have to seek the recent data to back up my perennial claim that nobody really likes to work.

The latest Gallup State of the Global Workplace Report finds that 90% of UK workers are unhappy.

    It’s remarkable that “Thriving” went up in 2020-2021, only dipping in 2022. People felt they were doing better when they weren’t at work as often, even in the middle of a global pandemic!
